From the founder —
Historically, women were never openly encouraged to pursue a career, let alone start a business, buy property or invest. I was one of the fortunate ones who had the drive, determination and support to go against the grain and pave a different path for myself which, albeit not easy, became the game changer in my life.
But over the years, I have found it difficult to find like-minded women which has made the road all that more lonely, but now with the powers of the internet, it is possible to find our tribe so much easier.
The WENDYRUSSELL Institute was born out of a desire to connect and educate women who are prioritising their career and financial future — because ultimately, this is what leads to a life of choice, abundance and options. (and who doesn’t want that!)
